How Do I "fetch" files from the OneDrive iOS app?

From the desktop site on a PC, I can fetch files from directories I don't want in the cloud, but how do I accomplish this from the iOS app? I can't find it. I can't even get to the OneDrive desktop site in iOS as it just launches the app.
