How to stop windows 10 update in Microsoft lumia 640 LTE

My internal storage is less then 500 MB. I want to stop windows 10 update from Microsoft. Please let me know how to disable the windows 10 update for phones.

It would be the best practice that always stay updated with the latest version because w10 is not stable yet. And for your question, answer is it is not possible.

You can only get that update if you opt into it by installing and running Upgrade Advisor. If you haven't done those steps, it will not install.
