Outlook and Facebook contacts unlink every time I reset my phone. What should I do?

When you do a hard reset?

I think if you link them using the Outlook People (website), it will retain the links properly. It might be worth giving it a shot.

No, when I do a normal reset. Like turning the phone off and on. It wasn't even on purpose, my battery died and when I turned the phone on, the contacts were unlinked. Forgot to mention it's on a phone. (not sure if there even is People for PC)
