Hello. I came from Poland and i buy nokia lumia 1020. I want to uptade my phone to windows phone 8.1 how i can make it ?

Hi, you haven't mentioned it, so try going to settings and phone update to check.
Failing that, try using the Windows Device Recovery Tool to update your phone and check for updates again.
Failing that there is the 'Preview for Developers' programme which should update your phone (see post below).
