hi there, i just got my Microsof Lumia 430 Dual Sim phone fixed, and as expected they inserted the wrong passwords while they were Servicing the phone, now it says i have to wait 1024783minutes in order to enter the correct pin, is there any way i could reset the process without losing any important information on my phone ? i`ve tried everything, is there any way ? please help

You could take it back to the service centre and ask them to fix it.

could tehy be able rset the entire phone for me, cause i`ve just tried resetting it myself, but when ever i enter the reset sequence and press up button it switches on instead of reset
