how can i re install windows 8.1 to windows 10 without buying a product key

Just download the Windows Media Creation tool, make an ISO for DVD, burn the ISO to a DVD, and then put the DVD in and just let it run. Once you're up and running, if the PC/notebook was previously activated with Windows 10, it should sort itself out.
