How can i have apps like photosynth & lumia refocus back?

I had both of these apps, but today unfortunately i had to reset my phone.....now they are unavailable, not even able to install through intall local apps option in store ....

If Refocus in Store's My Library... I managed to get it back on my 1520 several times... But it's no longer available on my current phone
