Why the past 3 weeks has youtube not worked on my lumia 930 and surface 3?

youtube.com won't open on my lumia 930 and will only open in a inprivate session on my surface 3
on my phone I get please retry but nothing happens and any google related apps or websites don't work

What browser are you using on your Surface 3? Have you tried using a different browser?

it's happening on edge and internet explorer and bing and cant get on google

i would prefer not to and keep using edge just don't understand y its happened.

well I've been on the Microsoft forums and I'm still no further forward
I've reset internet explorer and check flash player and checked all on edge.
and I have no idea where to start with mobile
I just can't get on youtube at all

ok so I can get on YouTube on edge and mobile and internet explorer if I use inprivate session so anybody any ideas

I've just found out its a problem with insider update so I went to fast ring and updated to current build ( was on slow ring ) and boom its worked a treat both on my phone and surface 3 pro
just thought others might benefit
