What is the fate of low end Win10 Mobile phones with the future being windows 10 on ARM

I use a Lumia 540 , not the best phone but it serves me well in a country like mine (Zimbabwe). Now i don't plan to keep it forever but this has made me wonder if such phones will exist in a world where high end phones are running full Win10 on ARM whilst low end ones will apparently be as powerful as the Lumia 950. Now i know hardware gets cheaper every year but does that mean that really cheap windows phones will never exist (ones that go for less than $50 in America for example)

In my opinion, it is difficult to say with certainty what will happen to Windows 10 Mobile going forward. We'll just have to wait and see. Build should give some insight.
