Unable to view mms media

Lumia 640 on Three mobile mms media files will not open

Check your MMS APN settings. This is what I have found for those settings: Set up your non-Three phone for picture messaging (MMS) and the mobile internet - Support - Three

If that's not what you see, try creating a new MMS APN and put in those values, apply the setting and then turn your phone off and then back on.

On Windows Phone 8.1, go to Settings->cellular+SIM->Sim settings
On Windows 10 Mobile, go to Settings->Network & wireless->Cellular + sim->Sim Settings.
