When I use my lumia 950 to connect to my car thru Bluetooth the voice for the navigation does not work

Does it work for other stuff, i.e., music, podcast, etc.?

Yeah music works but when I use the navigation the music pauses then resumes

So your car supports it if you can stream music. Does voice navigation work if it's not connected to Bluetooth?

Yes the voice navigation is perfectly fine when it is not connected to Bluetooth.

In Settings//Devices/Bluetooth click Advanced right at the end of the list of Bluetooth devices and there is an extra checkbox to select an alternative connection for speech. Give it a try if you haven't already, maybe it will work...?
