touchscreen not functioning properly on lumia 535

[Windows Central Question]

the touchscreen is all over the place.I can't type messages in email and text. I have to hit letters 2 or 3 times, to write a letter. there's no fluency to it, So frustrating

Carrying it in a tight pocket will flex the screen causing this problem.
