Why wont my microsoft lumia 535 charge

i had tried several chargers, got a new battery, had the charging port replaced and it is still doing nothing. I tried a reset (holding the 2 buttons in together for 15 secs) and i got an icon with a battery in it and a question mark through it once, whatever that means, but now it is not even doing that. PLEASE can anyone help me !!!

where did you do the repairs? Can you take it back to check again? Maybe the technician missed something
