How to install official windows 10 for lumia phones ( not the preview ) ?

I installed Windows 10 technical preview for Lumia 540 device by using Windows insider software . But the OS is very disappointing . Heat problems , Performance problems , battery problems etc. . So I degrade my phone to 8.1 . But I've seen in some websites , they told to use Windows upgrade advisor instead of windows insider . My problem is , can I install official windows 10 ( not the preview ) using upgrade advisor ? . Definitely i'll not go for technical preview once again . So is there any way where I can upgrade Official windows 10 OS which don't have any previous problems ?

For your phone, you can get and run Upgrade advisor from the store.
