browser screen frozen rest of comp working fine

my keyboard got hit by my son and now my browser page is stuck can't get it to do anything not even close other than to double click makes it either a smaller square or back to normal full screen size? really need to get some data that I was writing in a tab any help would be great!!

Welcome to Windows Central.

If this problem is with a notebook PC it might be possible to plug a separate keyboard into the machine to regain function.
Same with a desktop PC simply hot swap keyboards.
