nokia lumia 930 will not connect to account

[Windows Central Question]

I reset my nokia lumia then followed the instructions. connecting it to the wifi when it came to connecting an account. its loaded for around 1min then came up with 'cant connect we cant connect at the moment wait for a little while and try again'. what can I do
