In Windows 10 what is equivalent to control panel in Windows 7?

I am trying to cancel a print job and don't see where to do that.

You can still get to your control panel. The easiest way is to just click on Cortana and start typing "control...". It should come up in the search results.

Control Panel is still there. Right click the Start button and select Control Panel, which is pretty much the same as in Windows 7.
