The adding finishing touches option comes after clicking photograph. Instead of improving it degrades the quality of photograph. How to disable it?

What phone?

Are you saving to SD card or Internal storage?

SD Card in Microsoft Lumia 650.

For Windows 10 Mobile many find it best to save pics and vidz to Internal since the write speed is faster. Helps the processing along. IMHO, turning off Living Images helps as well. I was very pleased with the pics my 650 took and I ran that setup. Have a look at what other users have shared fro their 650 camera and compare that to your samples: http://forums.windowscentral.com/mi...504-pictures-videos-taken-my-lumia-650-a.html

You might want to try some alternate camera apps like Camera360 Sight or ProShot. Also, don't forget about processing shots after they've been taken.

Lastly, there are tricks you can do to increase the potential of the Lumia 650 camera.

You can periodically move pics and vidz over to SD with File Explorer to help keep Internal Storage freed up.

Welcome to the forum and good luck.
