How to*replace Windows Powershell with command window in Folders*upon clicking SHIFT + left click

The reason is because I normally save Windows spotlight pictures through putting the command of Ren *.* *.jpg but the command does not work on Windows Powershell. I personally have nothing against Windows Powershell but was comfortable using*command window.

Would*be grateful if*told either the alternate command in Windows Powershell or how to*replace Windows Powershell with command window in Folders*upon clicking SHIFT + left click.
