Cortana reminder

How do you make Cortana to tell you when to leave for work or other events

She "learns" the times you go to/leave work. Assuming you have the correct home/work locations set, you can't control the learned reminder that includes traffic info. The only other thing you can do is create recurring reminders but those won't be the same as the learned ones. For other events, make sure you have the location in the calendar event and then in Cortana's notebook, in Getting Around, turn on traffic, time and route notifications. There are additional options for Driving and Public Transit.
