Why does the mouse curser randomly move on the screen anytime I stop typing?

Why does the mouse curser randomly move on the screen anytime I stop typing? It places it in another area, (different rows usually) so I have to find it again and place it back where I was typing....

Hi,

what kind of machine are you using? Laptop or PC? did you check the surface where your mouse is resting or if the cable is moving (wired mouse)?

I had a similar issue once, but mostly because my palm kept hitting the touchpad. Solved it by turning off the touchpad while writing/typing. Crude but it saved me some frustration.

Are you using a wired mouse with a notebook PC? I disable the touchpad on my notebook when I connect a wired mouse.
