Why viber doesn't show my messages on the viber desktop app for windows 10?

Hello guys, so i recently downloaded the viber desktop app for windows 10 and i signed in and did everything correctly and i can see all my contacts but the problem is i cant find any of my old messages or conversation.
so the desktop app is now showing any of my messages.
