my start screen is empty and the list of all apps has only two apps..help me!!!

After an upgrade that i had to do it my start screen is empty and the list of all apps has only the mail and the calendar.I thought that may it's storage's fault and i deleted a lot of apps that i found in the settings and of course wasn't able to be seen in the list of all apps.So as i said i deleted apps and the storage was serious decreased.But sadly it wasn't storage that made the problem.Eventually the phone is still "soft" broken.Can someone help me please??
