where can I double click for all programs

What version of the OS are you running?

In 10, left click the Start button. From there you should see Recently added, Most used and your All Apps list (includes Apps and x86/x64 programs).


From there, you can scroll through the list or click on a letter to call up the quick action alphabetical header shortcut to go straight to the first letter of the program you want.


Right click on an entry to get a contextual menu of options...
