I reinstall W 10 on a tablet; now there is no touchscreen, battery... How can I fix it?

After reinstalling Windows 10 on a Energy Sistem tablet, the OS doesn't recognise the tablet (no touchscreen, no battery time...). Is like having a PC (I need USB keyboard and mouse). How can I get the appropriate drivers?

You can try running Windows Update first. If the drivers are digitally signed, then Microsoft will deliver them through Windows Update. If not, then you'll have to go to the manufacturer's website and download the drivers there.

I have HP Stream 8 and had to reload Win 10. I tried everything on all the help sites including the Italian site and nothing worked. I finally had to take it to the local MS Store and have them reflash. You can have your choice of Win 8 or Win 10. I chose 10 and now wish I had chosen 8.

It's not free but they guarantee it to work or they don't charge you.
