How to recover deleted contacts in L650

[Windows Central Question]

I accidentally deleted all my contacts under alphabet 'A' in my Lumia 650. How can I get them back?

If you did not have them backed up through an Outlook account or something like that then I am not sure you can get them back. Unless, you have them saved to the SIM card itself and not just saved to the device.
