Requisition for the retrieval of typed texts which went lost accidentally

i was typing a long texts and information on my introductory part of my facebook profile but it went lost accidentally and i wasn't able to retrieve it back which i have taken few hours of time typing it, so is there any way where i can recover it back?? i would be grateful if u all can help me in resolving it...
