Why the Bluetooth on my Mic. Lumia doesn't work all the time when I drive?

I have Microsoft Lumia 640xl smarthphone and the bluetooth give me problems with ca, sometime works and other times it doesn't, is anything I can do to improve ti???

maybe redo the connection again? I'm assumign this is for a car system?
