How can I connect to wifi after resetting internet explorer in windows 10?

I was using micromax canvas L1161 tablet installed with windows 10. It got an adware. Trying to clear the adware I reset the internet explorer, after which I couldn't connect to wifi. I couldn't download tools that my antivirus team has sent to clear the adware. Nothing to do without wifi. Do I have any solution for this?

1) Do you still have the WiFi icon on the system tray?

2) Does the Wifi adapter show up in network connections (Windows Key+X -> Network connections)

If you don't then you will either have to use a usb wifi adapter or use a different pc to download the drivers and anti virus tools onto a usb drive / micro sd card -> plug that into your micromax canvas L1161 lapbook and install them from there.
