Lumia 1320 losing charge rapidly and turning off when at 80% charge

Since last week battery has been lasting less than 1/2 a day. Phone turns off when at 80% charge and has to be plugged in to be able to turn it on. Please help. Can it be fixed or I need to get a new phone?
