Click the File tab > Save as and use the drop down menu... Here are the formats available:
JPG is not one of the choices.
You could use snipping tool to capture screenshots and save as JPG/PNG/GIF.
It might help if you stated the end result you need. There may be a better way, such as sharing the document online in a no edit mode or even printing to PDF with a tool like Primo PDF which allows for DRM such as no edits allowed.
