What is Windows 10 Cloud?

1. That is Windows, but without the sideloading of programs like Windows has been from the beginning.
It's mean to go toe-to-toe to similarly-limited ChromeBooks.

Well put. Another way to explain this is, if you know what a Chromebook is and how it only runs a web based version of ChromeOS that only allows you to access resources using the internet, and is from Google? Well, this is the same thing, but with Windows, and from Microsoft.
