Are files sent to ONE DRIVE FOR BUSINESS ENCRYPTED AUTOMATICALLY?

when I save a file to One Drive, is it encrypted or must I do something to make certain it is encrypted?

If you're looking for something extra to encrypt those files before they're sent off, then Cryptomator, Boxcryptor or another encryption tool like VeraCrypt may be what you're looking for.
