SP4 and S3 not turning on after sleep on 15048

[Windows Central Question]

I have installed latest 15048 on a SP4 and S3, and experiences the same problem. After sleep, the only way to turn them on is holding down Volume- and on/off key until cold boot.
Anyone else experiences this?

UPDATE:
Going back to 15046 on the SP4 solved the problem completely.
Have not tried it on the S3 yet.
So definitively related to 15048.

Also installed on S3, same problem. Also, 3 BSOD all with different stop codes.
