whats-app is not working in 640xl lte update version 15047

what app stooped working in my phone Friday afternoon- 3rd-march-2017

i format my phone still issue was not resolved.

Try Whatsapp beta. Search in google " WhatsApp beta for Windows Phone 10" and click on any website of "wpcentral" and u will find link to download WhatsApp beta from Windows store.

When you say it is not working, what exactly happens? Are there any error messages? Does the app still open? Can you tell us more?

WhatsApp beta have same problem. Click on WhatsApp icon its shows loading . Not opening application. It's problem starts march 3rd. My os version 15047 Lumia 730. I try many . Times hard & soft reset. Reinstall WhatsApp . Please helpe . And fix the problem

@Subrata Jana & @Ryujingt3 same issue as normal whatsApp version.. it will takes loading & loading....loading continues 4 hours

This is windows mobile 10 os problem. Not WhatsApp. Because. Uc browser, windows central app .. Same problem found

That is the latest fast ring build. You can either wait for a new build and see if that fixes it, meaning it is Whatsapp compatibility issue, or you can use WDRT to go back to the main production ring, where I am sure it will work.

After 10 days. My WhatsApp still continues this problem. Every time shows loading. Please help me. How can fix this issue.
