why i cant open whatsapp in my Lumia 730 ?

From today morning my WhatsApp is not working and its not open.. Then I reinstall it but it does not work. Then I reset my Lumia 730 and then download WhatsApp app. But still it do not work.. So what can I do ?

Same problem in my Lumia 730. Actually . WhatsApp Problem? or windows mobile 10 os problem? How to fix this problem?
