upgrade advisor issue on 650 Lumia

[Windows Central Question]

I keep getting info I have the app but I deleted it because it was not functioning properly (it was shady in color and kept having small blue text-upgrading but nothing happened). My apps are not functioning lately. also my groove music app stops for no reason. Any advice??

I don't understand what's going on with your other apps, but I can tell you that Upgrade Advisor is not meant for Windows 10 Mobile, and definitely not meant for phones that already come with Windows 10 Mobile.

Delete it and leave it deleted. It must have come in from a backup from another device.

All Upgrade Advisor will do is move you from 8.1 to 10 and you already have W10M as a baseline for Lumia 650.

Possibly this unresolved and unresolvable app update request might be causing the lag on your system.
