Widget in Front of Everything and Can't Move >: (

In Windows 10 I have a widget or something that stays in front of all my applications and shows my computer's performance, memory, clock, etc... It's extremely annoying and takes up screen space and I can't remove it. Please advise.

Have you tried right clicking it and seeing what options are available? Such as to close it or minimise it?
Does it have a name? If yes, you can try forcing the application to close from task manager

Any chance of a screenshot of the widget? Chances are it was something installed additionally that can be easily turned off or uninstalled.
