My Blu Windows phone screen stop working. How can I reboot?

Well at the very least, hold the volume down button and power button down for a long time, like 5secs? If it's on, it should reboot.

Pull out the battery, wait a bit.... then put it back... If power button doesn't make it turn on, usually just plugging the phone for charging will turn it on?

I agree with this, but please note that for a good number of BLU phones, removing the battery voids the warranty. I would go against that part of your advice for that reason.
