Need answers asap

When i used windows 8.1 there is almost no bug but when i upgrade my lumia to win10mthheres many bugs,uncountable bugs,like i charged my lumia535 for about..10am to3pm and it barely reach 60% and drains in 2hours even if all unused function like bluetooth are off please help if there is some solution to this battery problem

What OS version do you have installed first of all? Have you tried killing all background apps you do not use too?

Yes i did turn off background apps...

Have you hard reset the phone? Windows 10 Mobile is certainly quirkier than 8 but many things can be solved by erasing the phone.

I just hard reset and it helps a little but store issues is still here,app taping fails

Hi,
You will need to download and use/ connect to WDRT app your pc to go back to windows 8.1 on your phone and then download and user windows advisor app on you phone to upgrade to windows 10. Also ensure you do not restore any backed up files/ clean install/ start on a clean slate.

For the battery drain, what apps are you using? Make sure you turn off any apps that have permission to run in the background that you do not want. That alone can help preserve battery life.

Yes,i turn off every background running apps permission,and things got worser,battery drains while im sleeping,even if there are more than 50% battery left and when i woke up my phone always dies,before,even if my battery is below 5%,it only drops 1% while im sleeping,please HELP!
