How to solve disk usage is to high problem?

windows 10 gets sort of frozen randomly.when checking task manager it shows disk usage over 90%

What program/process/app is causing that? You can check by opening Task Manager > More details (if it isn't already showing more details) > Click or tap on either CPU, Memory, Disk, or Network. This will put everything in order from highest usage to lowest in the respective category...

Exactly this. Follow these steps and see what is causing the highest amount of disk usage and then go from there.
