Can I download the equivalent of the Amazon Alexa App on a Linx tablet?

I cannot download the Amazon Alexa app but is it possible to get a version from the browser to use with the Linx tablet?

Wouldn't a Linx Tablet which is a Win10 tablet have Cortana? Which is Microsoft's intelligent assistant? It is very similar to Alexa, or Siri or Google Now, or Google Assistant.
