Error code 80040154 on my Lumia 535 8.1 ?

why am I getting this message..."Can't play on your phone" when I try and open a video on fb or watch tv. Had this phone just over a year. I dont have skype on the phone. This only happened this morning, was watching vids yesterday. What do I do....Thanks.

Check that the time and date settings on your phone are correct. Soft reset the phone by holding and pressing Volume Down + Power for 10 seconds. Check if you still get same error.
