Winphone 8.1: Can't turn off Navigation Keys from Settings. What should I do?

Hey guys!
I'm having a strange problem with my Lumia 920 on Winphone 8.1 (Cyan).

It used to have an option in the Touch app (in Settings) to turn Navigation Buttons On/Off. But after reseting my phone, that option is gone, and my Windows/Back/Search buttons are always on...

Can anyone please tell me what I should do?

uhhh, the 920 always has the keys and there is no way to remove them as they are physically part of the phone's design.

I believe that toggle was for the key's vibration feedback?
