How do I sign out of the app?

I am talking about the windows central app. I don't see any option to sign out just from the app. How should I sign out?

Press the hamburger menu, then tap on your name at the bottom and tap logout when it pops up.

There is no hamburger menu. Can you show me some screenshot or are you using different app?
