unknown user and password on a new desktop

I have W10 on anew desktop. after it took the updates and restart, it showed me an unknown user and my password does not works. What do I have to do?

Is the user name Darrin DeYoung?

If so, you are trapped in Demo Mode.

Take the computer back to the retailer and have them remove Demo Mode and set you up as the System Admin.
