Exchange server email settings out of date

For a few days I have been unable to connect to the exchange server, but other email is working in outlook. I have deleted the mail account, hard reboot, re set the email, again, and again. Still getting the message out of date and constants re-tries.

Pretty annoying that I get my personal mails but not works.

Windows Lumia 950XL. This is the 3rd generation of windows phones I have owned, and pretty much the worst of them.
