FB messenger no longer. What else can i use?

I want to use messenger is there anything else that can have fb messenger work within it since microsharft took it away from me today. No warning. Boo the MS

You can also get a cheap android device these days.

i know that sounds a bit stupid,but not many of us can afford to buy a new phone really.I'm on lumia 620 and as far as i know it seems it won't be updated to a new version.Many ppl who's using windows phone are on windows 8.1 and 8 so it is not fair for the most of us to do such a thing.I'm so comfortable with my phone and i love Windows really,i do not want to buy a new Android for example.I think a protest by most of the people may change their thoughts?i really don't know.. Let's hope they can hear us really.
