Lumia 735 cant get past enter pin screen after accessing lock screen

Windows Central Question

Lumia 735 second screen asking to ENTER PIN I've never seen this before and don't have a pin for it? after 3 attempts it asks for you too enter a passphrase which is A1B2C3 to try again I can not get into my phone. It's not the lock screen, i've already accessed that.
