BLOB Download is not working in Lumia

I am a developer and developing a website which need to be supported on Lumia. The website includes some download functionality and it is creating the files on clientside and making it available for download. Files are created through BLOB and which are not getting downloaded in Lumia device. Please suggest me how to resolve it.
